Windstone has become a well-known name among fantasy collectors around the world. A line representing the quality sculpture of artist M. Peņa with various subject matter ranging from the beautifully painted Dragon families to the elegantly designed Kirin, known to the west as the oriental Unicorn.
As a child Peņa had many pets. Her love of animals and art would eventually lead her to create the highly sought collections of the Windstone editions. Peņa studied biology and zoology in college. Her study of animals indirectly gave her the ability to create the most surreal works, even those of mythical origin including dragons, gargoyles, unicorns, pegasus, wizards, mermaids and much more.
Much of the Windstone line are made limited editions and have been known to more than triple in value.
